Our Location
CCC is conveniently located between Veteran’s Highway and Jericho Turnpike, just east of the Sunken Meadow Parkway and about one mile East of Commack Road.
CCC’s offices occupy a spacious area in an architecturally designed building, surrounded by a beautiful, park-like atmosphere with ample parking. In addition to our comfortable waiting room, we have four therapy suites–including one specifically designed for children and one that accommodates group sessions and classes.
